01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pkvip2 ("pkvip2," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pkvip2.app and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.

By creating a pkvip2 account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the pkvip2 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the pkvip2 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the pkvip2 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pkvip2, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the pkvip2 platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by pkvip2 or any applicable regulatory authority.

pkvip2 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements will be immediately terminated, and any winnings or bonuses accumulated on such account will be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on pkvip2, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all pkvip2 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) pkvip2 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkvip2 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. pkvip2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Compliance: pkvip2 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or UMID) upon request.
• Account Ownership: pkvip2 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

pkvip2 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkvip2 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• pkvip2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the pkvip2 cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pkvip2 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 45 minutes to 2 hours for GCash and PayMaya under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your pkvip2 account. This is a strict anti-money laundering requirement.
• pkvip2 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the pkvip2 cashier page.
• Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkvip2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pkvip2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement"), which must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus value).
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates vary and are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• pkvip2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pkvip2 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. The following general principles apply across all pkvip2 games:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are fair, random, and not manipulated by pkvip2.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on pkvip2 servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• pkvip2 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed after the official close of a betting market — whether due to a technical error or otherwise — will be voided and the stake returned.
• pkvip2 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, suspended, or modified at any time without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkvip2 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the pkvip2 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pkvip2 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players, pkvip2 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward pkvip2 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the pkvip2 platform, its source code, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location or identity.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkvip2 platform — including but not limited to the pkvip2 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkvip2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pkvip2 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pkvip2 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pkvip2 content.
• Use pkvip2 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pkvip2 platform.

Any unauthorized use of pkvip2 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pkvip2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkvip2 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond pkvip2's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the pkvip2 platform or any specific game or feature.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

pkvip2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkvip2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pkvip2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkvip2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkvip2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkvip2 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

pkvip2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Upon account termination for cause, pkvip2 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

You may voluntarily close your pkvip2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

pkvip2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on pkvip2, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkvip2 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of pkvip2 services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pkvip2 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting pkvip2 support with a written description of your complaint.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

Nothing in this section shall prevent pkvip2 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
